Award-winning High School Principal Reveals Formula For Dismantling Educational Inequality In His School So You Can Follow In His Footsteps!

Dear Friend,

If you’re trying to create a culture that is focused on dismantling racism in your school, but you just cannot find any books, courses, or other resources to help you with this critical purpose …

…then this message will cut to the chase and give you the answers you’re looking for.

Because I’m going to reveal my process for fostering a culture committed to equity in schools that you can “implement” into your own school.

Best part?

You’ll be able to have those difficult conversations with your students and teach your colleagues how to do the same.

You’ll also be able to navigate those conversations regardless of the diversity of your school…

…but, thanks to my tested plan, you’ll be able to move past this resistance.

In fact, with this resource you will be able to:
  • Foster equity in the learning environment and dismantles inequalities
  • Engage in conversations about race and equity with students and staff
  • Utilize a growth mindset and help staff become more confident in addressing systemic racism.
So if you’re someone who wants to get rid of racism in your school and become an agent for change…

…then you’ll want to read every single word of this message.

How I Fought Hate And Bigotry In My School…

HOW I FOUGHT HATE AND BIGOTRY IN MY SCHOOL…
I have spent my 20 years as an educator focused on creating a school environment so that ALL students can excel.

I have also seen the systems and structures that get in the way of us creating a school environment that is true for ALL students.

How was I, a black educator, going to dismantle educational inequalities with such odds stacked against me?
And what was I going to say to my students and staff to foster this change…

…and not get a lot of pushback in my area?

Working collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents, we were able to overcome all this and help our large high school dismantle inequalities in our diverse learning community.

How did We do it?
We instilled structures and systems that helped dissolve systemic inequalities and change the narrative in my school.

With input from peers, I even created new courses that focused on social justice that can be placed on our student’s transcripts.

All of this helped us empower students to fight hate and bigotry, which are critical lessons our students will take with them for the rest of their lives.

NOW IT’S MY MISSION TO HELP OTHER SCHOOL
ADMINISTRATORS CREATE EDUCATIONAL EQUITY IN THEIR SCHOOLS

These days, more and more schools are becoming more diverse.

And school administrators need more “tools under their toolbelt” to help combat racism and create more equity.

Yes, the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmad Arbery have brought this serious issue to the forefront over the past couple of years.

However, more needs to be done in our schools to keep the conversion going and effect change.

That’s why I created a resource that’ll help narrow racial gaps in your school and fight hate and bigotry.

You’re invited to join…

“CHANGE THE NARRATIVE”

How To Empower Your School Community To Fight Hate And Bigotry And Dismantle EDUCATIONAL INEQUITIES

Change the Narrative will contain the tools and systems you need to help foster change in your school when it comes to addressing systemic racism..

I have seen many schools use this process to address systemic racism.

This course will be given over 4 sessions in a membership only portal to which you will get access to after signing up.

You’ll have access to the course forever so you can go back, re-watch it, make notes and get more confident and certain when it comes to impacting change in your school.

By the time you’re done with this course, you’ll

  • Feel confident when bringing up race and race relations to your colleagues and students
  • Move forward with initiatives that’ll create more equity in your school (even though you may not have support in your community)
  • Have a tested plan you can rely on, even though you’re a minority in your school and are afraid you won’t get support
  • Become a leader in your school that’ll help you empower students to
  • Know exactly what to say or do when questioned about your intentions when it comes to furthering equality in your school.
In other words…

YOU’LL FINALLY HAVE THE RESOURCES AND TRAINING TO BATTLE INEQUALITIES IN YOUR SCHOOL!

This program is worth $997, but I’m having a launch special of only $297.

You can even split your investment up into 4 monthly payments of $89 if it better fits your budget.

This is a small price to pay to remove the awkwardness when having conversations about race in your school…

…and feel empowered when it comes to creating more equity in your school.

Plus, considering there are absolutely no resources available for this important purpose in our schools…

…the investment is reasonable and even a bargain, especially considering the powerful lessons you’ll discover in this course.

So invest in Change The Narrative today, while it’s still hot on your mind.

I look forward to helping you!

Best,
